Refund policy

At [LIIV SHOP] ("LIIV"), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return an item and receive a refund.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, free gifts and the user guide.

Conditions for return

  • The product must be unused and undamaged, with no signs of wear.
  • Original packaging, tags, accessories and any free items must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we may decline returns where the device has been used against skin, unless the item is defective.

Non-returnable situations

  • Requests made after the 7-day window.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow the user guide.
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing components.

Defective or wrong items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [support@yourdomain.com] with photos or a short video. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping cost, at no charge to you.

How to start a return

Email [support@liivshop.com] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will share return instructions. Please do not ship items back before your return is approved.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued to a bank account or UPI ID you provide.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional days for the amount to reflect.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where the item was defective or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under this policy.

This policy is offered in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and applicable Indian law.
